Cold War Patriots (CWP) offers membership to all current and former nuclear weapons and uranium workers. As a community resource and advocacy membership organization, CWP helps these workers get the recognition, monetary compensation, and health benefits they have earned.
We’ll help you to navigate the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) programs to file for monetary compensation and health benefits.

Founded in 2008, Cold War Patriots is a community resource and advocacy organization that honors and provides assistance to over one million patriotic Americans who served our country, often in secrecy, to fortify our nation’s nuclear defense. Many workers became ill due to exposure to radioactive and toxic substances and may be eligible for monetary compensation and free healthcare benefits through a government program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
